• Has studied negotiation and has served as a Court Appointed Mediator, Court Appointed Referee, and Court Appointed Receiver.
• Is very experienced in all aspects of real estate. He specializes in land, ranches, timber, estates, and vineyards. He has studied viticulture at Mendocino College.
• Is prepared to assist you in your land sale or purchase, with 4-wheel drives, All Terrain Vehicles, GPS, and GIS technology, and has many local contacts to help with various concerns.
• Has personally developed numerous properties.
• Is originally from New York City, but feels like “he was always a mountain man a heart”.
• Coached community youth sports, boys and girls, K-1 through high school.
• Has a passion for music and has played in many local music groups.
